Cancellation Policy

1. Package Validity All stretch packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions will expire after this period. 2. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable All package purchases are final sale and may not be refunded or transferred to another person. 3. Scheduling & Cancellations Sessions must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. 4. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations will incur a $100 fee. 5. Attire & Hygiene For safety and comfort, clients must wear stretch-friendly clothing (e.g., sweatpants, leggings, long shirts) and clean socks to each session. 6. Health & Medical Conditions Clients must inform their stretch therapist of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or concerns prior to each session. Sessions can be modified to meet individual needs; however, The Stretch Spot is not liable for any undisclosed conditions. 7. Liability Waiver By purchasing a package, you agree to release The Stretch Spot and its staff from any claims or liabilities related to your participation in stretch sessions. 8. In-Home Sessions Please ensure your home has a safe and accessible space (minimum 10x10 ft) for us to set up the stretch table. Sessions begin once the therapist starts setup. For safety, please secure pets during the session—while we love animals, they may not understand the work and could interfere.
